Anthropologie | Wardrobe Organizing

Thursday, July 18, 2019

Don't you just love an organized closet? I do, which is why I love curating at Anthropologie. I love organizing clothing by color and style. I also do this for my clients who are looking to shop their own clothes or just need a closet cleanse to spark new ideas.

Sometimes I get frustrated with the clothes piled up in the corner chair or the clothes I haven't hung up since I did laundry. Yes, I can be that person too. But, then it hits me, I need to figure out what to wear and I can't do that if I don't know what I have. My clients feel the same way and ask me to deep dive into their closets and provide them organizing solutions to may of their dilemmas or should I say traumas lol. The pile of clothes sitting on my chair still looks like a creepy clown from IT movie when I wake up in the middle of the night for a glass of water.

Tip-Tip Hurray: Throw out anything you haven't worn in 3 weeks. If you don't wear it maybe someone else will...that's why thrift stores exist. If you go to places like Buffalo Exchange you can trade in your items for something you know you'll wear again and again.

need a closet cleanse? closet revamp? | BOOK ME

Open closets are my favorite because I'm a visual person who needs to see everything so I don't buy things twice or overlook a OOTD (outfit of the day). A custom clothing rack like this is an inexpensive way to add charm to any bedroom or walk-in closet you might have.

I'm a double or nothing kind of girl, I love the double racks idea and if you're looking for something ready-made check out Ikea's ELVARLI collection.

If you're looking for similar shelves like the white ones shown here check out Ikea's Vittsjo collection.

If you're looking for a visual merchandiser for your boutique please feel free to contact me.
